Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

Ayat Al-Kursi or The Throne verse is the Greatest verse in the Holy Quran. It has many benefits, the prophet Muhammad PBUH teaches many things about it,for example it's for entering Allah's security & the protection of the Muslim from each evil & danger. Also, He PBUH recommends reciting it after each prayer.
It's commonly recited by Muslims before going to sleep due to its importance & being widely memorized. Here is this Glorious verse:

Why do babies cry at maghreb time?
I have the same issue with my 5 week old baby. He is fine all day and as soon as maghrib starts, he cries quite badly. I do the athan which quietens him down a little. I also read various ayats/verses into some water eg Surah Al Fatiha, last 10 ayats of Surah Baqarah, Ayat ul Kursi and the 3 Quls. I then spray this water on four corners of rooms. Alhamdulillah this makes him quiet!
