This passage relates to a number of laws and commandments for the people. Verse 21:7 talks about the rights of girl whose a father wishes to sell into slavery. When being sent to her slave owner, she has to be treated with more dignity than a son sold into slavery would be. The following verses talk about the rights of her new owner. If he wishes to have sex with her and is not satified, he must allow her father the chance to buy her back, but in any case can not sell her on to a gentile slave owner.
In the book of Exodus chapter 20 verse 7 says very clearly ,That you must not take the name of the god your father to freely, as god will hold it against him.

The scriptures ONLY say that 'the daughter of Pharaoh' took Moses from the water of the Nile(Exodus 2:1-10/Acts 7:20-22). No name is given. Then, she, in turn, unknowingly, hired Jochebed, Moses' REAL mother, as a nursemaid (Exodus 2:7+8)(Exodus 6:20).Another thought:In the famous movie, it's 'Bithia'

Whether in the Hebrew of the Old Testament (as in Exodus 32:9) or the Greek of the New (as in Acts 7:51), the figurative meaning of "stiff-necked" is "stubborn, obstinate, headstrong."
Moses had a Jewish mother called Jochebed.(Exodus 6:20; Numbers 26:59) His adoptive 'Egyptian mother' was the 'daughter of Pharaoh', and is unnamed.(Exodus 2:1-10)(Acts 7:20-22)
