Not all naturally occurring phenomenon can or should be interpreted as omens. Finding feathers isn't usually something of note, unless you have asked a specific question of your spirit guides, in which case the interpretation is very personal.
It depends on which bird is leaving the feathers for you! Try to figure that out and see what traits the bird has that it is trying to give you hints about. Of course, you might just be finding them because there is a molting bird nearby.
