the real purpose of Ramadan is to cleans the soul from bad deeds and feel how all the poor people around the world feel. Many Muslims believe that fasting will send you to heaven and so will praying, but the truth is, being a good person will send you to heaven as well as praying and fasting. people think that Ramadan is for the clean. But this isn't allways true. as i said Ramadan is to cleans the soul from bad deeds, so this means that if one does many bad deeds and fasts, their sins will be forgiven though this doesn't necessarily mean that one can can be mischievous once more.

A Muslim.
The Ramadan niyat, or intention, is significant in the observance of the holy month of Ramadan as it is a declaration of one's commitment to fast and engage in spiritual practices during this time. It serves as a reminder of the purpose and sincerity behind the fasting, helping individuals stay focused on their spiritual goals and intentions throughout the month.
You say Ramadan Kareem and your reply is Allah Akram. Or you simply say Ramadan Mubarak but after Ramadan has started.
During Ramadan you greet by saying: "Ramadan Mubarak" or "Ramadan Kareem" or "Marhaban ya Ramadan"
Before fasting, not during Ramadan, one should say a prayer or intention to dedicate the fast for a specific purpose or goal. This can help set the intention and focus for the fasting period.

Ramadan is an Arabic word.
When people say Ramadan mubarak or mubarak Ramadan it basically means "happy ramadan" so you just say back to them Khair mubarak and ramadan mubarak to you too.
Yes, one might say similar things as other religions, such as Happy Ramadan! or Ramadan Blessings! A common greeting is Ramadan Mubarak! or on the end of Ramadan, during Eid al-Fitr, a common greeting might be Eid Mubarak!
To wish someone a good Ramadan, you can say "Ramadan Mubarak," which means "Blessed Ramadan." Another common phrase is "Ramadan Kareem," meaning "Generous Ramadan." Both expressions convey warm wishes for a fulfilling and peaceful month of fasting.
Muslims can perform Ramadan anywhere, Ramadan is just the name of the month in which Siyam (fasting during Ramadan, and the fourth Pillar of Islam) is practiced.
