In the first position the Muslim is standing in front of Allah (God) and talking to him. The second position is the position of bowing down to Allah and Allah only swt. When the person is down on all 4s and is basically kneeling down it is a form of worship. A Muslim only bows down to Allah, no one else but Allah.swt.

The same as anyone! The only difference is that a Muslim family begins everything in the name of GOD (bismillah irahman iraheem), they finish each prayer with Ameen (like Amen)...they are taught righteousness according to the Holy Quran...and they make their mistakes - no one is perfect.
