You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female; two each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female; also seven each of birds of the air, male and female, to keep the species alive on the face of all the earth" (Genesis 7:2-3, emp. added).
So he took seven of each animal that was considered "clean", which would probably be considered domesticated.
The bible says that there was a raven and dove in the Ark.
There were pairs (male and female) of either two or seven of each kind on the ark. The Bible says they entered the ark in twos. Many aquatic animals would not have needed to enter the ark at all.

There were two arks , Noahs ark and the ark of the covenant. The ark of the covenant was to carry the ten commandments. Today, the ark is a cabinet in synagogues, normally at the front of the sanctuary, where the Torahs are kept.
You can find a complete list of animals claimed to be taken into Noah's Ark on the Temple-Baptist home website. You can also find a list on the Noahs-Ark-Flood website.
