It's just Catholic, not Roman Catholic. Roman is an epithet first commonly used in England after the protestant revolt to describe the Catholic Church. It is never used by the official Catholic Church. Thus I can safetly tell you that exactly 0% of the Mexican population is Roman Catholic. However, about 82.7% of them were Catholic in the 2010 census.
