I know this because she was Christened at St Andrew's Church, along with her brother and sister James and Pippa, but not at the same time, obviously.

Both are Church of England. The Queen is head of the Church of England and so all of her children are CofE also. If Kate was not CofE EVERYBODY would know about it as it would be a very big deal for the future king and head of the church to marry someone of a different faith.
