What religion was the Romans when they killed Jesus?

It was the Jews that ordered it, but it was Romans that actually did the killing. However the blame falls the Jews because they ordered it, Pilot washed his hands to show that the blame is not on the Romans or him. but you should not hate the Jews like many people these days because they Killed Jesus, because it was the will of God.

No Religion killed Jesus Christ.

Christ was killed at the order of the Kenites (Sons of Cain, Sons of Satan) who had corrupted the temple and held high positions of power even though they were not members of the tribe of Levi, or of the house of Aaron. Notice Christ never calls them Levites or sons of Aaron. They are called "Jews" in verse 31 which is a translation from the Greek word 2453 "ee-oo-dah-yos" which means of Judea. Because these people lived in Judea the Greeks and Romans referred to all of them as Jews.

Christ identifies them as sons of Cain in John 8 .. he is very specific about who they are.... and they fact they want to kill him....

John 8

31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?

34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

37 I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father.

Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.

41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.

42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

John 19

6 When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him.

7 The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.

12 And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar.

Again that word Jews in verse 19, is translated from the Greek word 2453 as discussed above.

Everything that occurred related to the crucifixion of Jesus is prophecy ... Even the words which Christ spoke ....

Psalm 22

1 My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
