It means that THAT person whose use it is a Christian. The Dark bead reminds us of sin; the red reminds us of the blood of Jesus; the clear bead reminds us of clean heart, the green bead represents things that grow (cause after accept Jesus as your savior , you must grow as a new person.) & reminds us of hope. the yellow one reminds us of Heaven & the Glory of God. thats it .
The cross reminds people that Jesus died for us on the cross to forgive our sins that we have done or will do. It also reminds us that Jesus was resurrected and went to Heaven to be with God, this also tells us that when we die, our sins will (hopefully) be forgiven and we will also go to Heaven and be with God.

That reminds us that Jesus blood was the final blood payment for our sin and all others. He was the final propitiation (or sacrificial lamb) and his blood reminds us of that.
