Matthew's Gospel does not really mention the Holy Trinity, even indirectly.
The Trinity was first proposed by Tertullian at the beginning of the third century. The only apparent biblical reference to the Holy Trinity is in 1 John 5:7-8 (the Comma Johanneum), which is considered by most scholars to a Latin corruption introduced in the fifth century
Jesus sitting at the Father's right hand fits into the trinity by showing both the Father and the Son together in one place. Most of the time scripture speaks of the Father, the Son and the Spirit in terms of their uniqueness, not typically shown together as in this picture. The trinity is a hard concept to grasp, no doubt about that. It's also a topic of endless debate, which we don't have time or space to deal with here. However, scripture is clear that the Father, the Son and the Spirit all go by the name God. Scripture says "God is one." So we have one God, whole in character, but expressed through the persons of the Father, the Son and the Spirit.
Clear expression.
The scripture does not provide a clear answer about salvation after death. Different religious beliefs and interpretations vary on this topic.
There have been thousands of people called "Matthew"; it isn't clear which one you are referring to.

The facial expression was not important in the Antigone because the message being passed across was very clear. There was therefore no reason for the facial expression.

I believe the New World Translation was written by the Jehovah's Witnesses which happens to be a cult. They have taken scripture out of the original bible and added scripture as well. They have also rewritten some parts to fit their theology. Steer clear of this translation.

The doctrine of the trinity is expressed by Jesus' words in the Great Commission: Matthew 28:18-20 ................baptizing them in the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. There are other clear indications of the Trinity in the Bible e.g. 2 Corinthians 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
To reduce to, or express in, a formula; to put in a clear and definite form of statement or expression.
It is clear from Scripture that they are the direct servants of God so it would appear that they do only what they are told. Scripture does not tell us who angels really are, where they come from or what discretionary authority they have. However we are told that when we leave this world we "are like angels in Heaven".
