The writer of Hebrews knew the value of believers in Jesus Christ to gather together for encouragement, comfort, edification, and worshipping the Lord as a body. Corporate worship is a vital part of spiritual life (Hebrews 10:25). "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching".
The "Day" approaching is the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. As we read The Bible we see that as that "Day" approaches the world will enter a time of tribulation. Some look at the current happenings in the United States as a sign that this "Day" is near.

If you have not come to belief in Jesus Christ find a church that teaches and preaches Jesus Christ from the Bible. Many churches claim this but be careful and do not be deceive.
