Well, it depends on your karma.
According to Buddhists, if you were someone who always craved things and wanted more... more... more.... You might end up in the hungry ghost realm for a bit of time. In this realm you are always hungry and it never gets satisfied.
If you were always angry, aggressive and hurt people you could end up in the Hell realm. Not a nice place. Everyone here haas a short fuse and thier only response is aggression.
If you are lazy, stupid, and prejudicial you might end up in the animal realm and you can find out what its like being a dog, or a cat, or a dung beetle.
