We would revert to a barter system - exchanging goods directly (ex: I trade you ten chicken and two pounds of cheese for your bicycle) instead of going through money.

there will be no means of transaction rather than trade or barter. in exchange of a product you must pay with another product or service.

Some say that we would revert to a bartering society.IE you swap goods & services fwith others. Unfortunately we all need money now adays, at least in civilised society.
