He mentions it to Nicodemus in His description of what it will be like when man is "born the second time."

"...The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." (John 3:8)

Jesus is the only human to have been actually "born again" when He was raised from the dead "immortial."

Like the wind... He manifested Himself and appeared to His disciples in closed, locked rooms... and suddenly on the road as they traveled.

"...He appeared first to Mary Magdalene... after that He appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked... afterward He appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart..." (Mark 16:9-14).

"...the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst... (John 20:19).

Like the wind, Jesus was there... and disappeared... and they knew not from whence He came or where He went.
