It is Our Lady of Fatima, in other words, the Blessed Virgin Mary referred to by her appearance in Fatima. The church celebrates her appearance in Fatima on the 13th of May. "Feast" is a particular kind of liturgical day in the Catholic church, the most important being a Solemnity, for instance, Christmas, Easter, Pentecost are all Solemnities. The Immaculate Conception is a Solemnity. The second tier would be a "Feast", and then comes Memorials, and Optional memorials. Our Lady of Fatima is an optional memorial, which means it is up to the presiding priest to celebrate it or not, but this year it falls on the Solemnity of the Ascension (Christ's Ascent into heaven), so it may only be celebrated in a diocese where the Ascension has been transferred to the Sunday.
