For me this is at the very moment that life has sparked from the very first heart beat and there are no two ways about it it is as simple as that for me...It is said in Religous circles that I think it is the ArchAngel Gabriel but I could be wrong puts the soul in to the unborn child but at what exact point I can't be sure.I think it is at the moment of the first heart beat...this is only my view so please research this more if you like...creation of life is not to be played around with no person has the right to play God even if Getting pregnant seems to be the easiest thing in the world to do...

AnswerThe Bible does not give a direct answer to this, but an indirect answer can be found at Exodus 21:22, dealing only with miscarriages resulting from accidental violence.

The King James Version says:

If men strive and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit desert from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall surely be punished according as the woman's husband shall lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.

The New American Bible says:

When men have a fight and hurt a pregnant woman, so that she suffers a miscarriage, but no further injury, the guilty one shall be fined as much as the woman's husband demands of him, and he shall pay in the presence of the judges. What we see here is that accidental injury to an unborn child is only a civil offence and is only punished to the extent that the woman's husband wishes it to be. This can be compared to the criminal punishment meted out for accidental harm to the woman herself. This can be read as implying that the Bible saw a clear difference between a living person and an unborn fetus.
