Answer:

Although the exact date isn't revealed in The Bible... by tracing the birth account of Jesus' cousin, John the Baptist... evidence points to Jesus' "conception" probably happening in our "December"... putting Jesus' birth around the fall - our September or October.

If so... this could well put His birth probably on the "first day of the Feast of Tabernacles."

A strong indicator of this may be found in John's 1st chapter, in which we are told:

"...and the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us..." (John 1:14).

The inspired word translated "dwelt" in the KJV is unique throughout the Bible and used nowhere else in this context.

The Literal Bible and Strong's Defintions says: "...And the Word flesh became. And PITCHED {his} TENT among us...";

The word is "skenoo (skay-no'-o)... and means "to tent or encamp... to reside (as God did in the Tabernacle of old...".

So, the proper translation of John 1:14 is: "...and the Word was made flesh, and TABERNACLED among us...".

If Jesus was indeed born on the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles... we still don't know what the date is, because the Feast falls differently each year... sometimes in our September, sometimes in October.

But, in either case, Jesus was probably born in the fall.
