I don't think there is a written record of anything that Jesus himself ever wrote.

Even though the Revelation was FROM JESUS (which God gave him); Jesus gave the revelations in the form of various visions, and told the apostle John to 'Write' them down.

Jesus did not write anything as Jesus came to die for the sins of the world by leading a sinless life. Jesus let the Holy Spirit write through His disciples and that is what Christians have as the New Testament. The New Testament is the Word of God as the Old Testament is.

The accounts of Jesus' life can be found in the Gospel books (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John). The life of Jesus after the resurrection, until He ascends to Heaven can be found in the early chapters of Acts.

In the New Testament of The Bible are four Gospels (Gospel means Good News)

written by Jesus' followers:

Matthew, one of the twelve disciples.

Mark, the Evangelist, a companion and interpreter of the apostle Peter who was also one of the twelve disciples.

Luke, the doctor a companion of the Apostle Paul.

Unfortunately, we do not have any account of Jesus' life written by any of his disciples. The four New Testament gospels were all anonymous until well into the second century, when the Church Fathers decided to attribute them to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. These attributions would certainly mean the Gospels of Matthew and John were written by followers of Jesus, but modern New Testament scholars say that none of the gospels could have been written by an eyewitness to the events portrayed.
Mark's Gospel is probably the closest to Jesus, since it has been established that it was the first gospel to be written and that Matthew and Luke were substantially based on it, with John's Gospel loosely based on Luke. Acts of the Apostles was once thought to be an accurate history of the early Church, but this is now substantially discredited, with scholars saying that Acts has been believed far too much.
