Your question presupposes that Cain's wife came from the land of Nod. However, The Bible doesn't say that Cain's wife came from the land of Nod.
What the bible says about the land of Nod, Genesis 4:16, doesn't mention Cain's wife--only that Cain went to live in the Land of Nod.
What the bible says about Cain's wife, Genesis 4:17, doesn't mention the land of Nod, only that Cain and his wife had a son named Enoch, and built a city named after him.
However, the question of where Cain found a wife can be answered logically and scripturally.
From scripture, Genesis 1-5, we find that Adam was the first man created, that a woman was then created and named Eve, that Adam and Eve had many children including Cain, and that Eve was the mother of all living.
Given that Eve was the mother of all living, she was therefore the mother of Cain's wife, who would therefore have also been Cain's sister.
A side note is that no prohibition on sibling marriage appears until later in the law, and, indeed, given that there was one and only one family in existence, for that family to multiply and populate the world would have required marriage that by later standards would have been seen as incestuous.
Cain married after he was banished. His wife was a woman from a land called Nod.

Asleep
Cain was driven out to live in the land of Nod.
nod (as in the Land of Nod = sleep)
Cain was said to be exiled "to the land wandering". Early translations instead stated that he departed "to the land of Nod", which is generally considered a mistranslation of the Hebrew word Nod, meaning wandering. Hope this helps.
The land of Nod is where Cain was exiled after he killed Abel. The Bible does not say where the son went by name, it just states "to a distant land".

Nod was on the east of Eden. Its location depends on the location of Eden. The inhabitants of Bussorah and Bushire claim that the land of Nod lay between these two cities on the Northeast of the Persian Gulf. No one knows for certain.
