The Apostle Paul spent three years in Arabia, where he is believed to have received revelations and teachings that shaped his understanding of Christianity. After this period, he returned to Damascus before eventually going to Jerusalem to meet with other apostles. This time in Arabia is generally understood as a period of preparation for his missionary work.
There is no specific mention in the Bible of Paul spending 3 years with Jesus to become an apostle. Paul did have a transformative encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus, which led to his conversion and subsequent calling as an apostle to the Gentiles.

Nowhere. The only time Jesus met Paul was briefly on the road to Damascus after he (Jesus) was already dead and resurrected. And even then Jesus didn't take Paul anywhere, he sent him on to Damascus. Jesus took Paul into the dessert of Arabia. This is where God spent three years with Paul teaching him about the gospel and about His son Jesus. Paul had to go through this transformation before he could minister to the people ( Jews and Gentiles). Galatians 1:15-18

A:The majority consensus of New Testament scholars is that the Epistle to the Ephesians was not written by Paul. It is believed to have been written in the eighties of the first century, with many passages directly copied from Colossians, another pseudo-Pauline epistle, written just a few years earlier.
In the New testament book of Acts chapter 9 it tells of Saul's conversion to Paul and his becoming an apostle. He was a Jewish leader that was very devout in his beliefs. He would go around and have Christians put in jail or put to death, such as the case with Stephen. While traveling to Damascus he was stopped by a blinding light and a loud voice which was Jesus. Jesus asked him why he was persecuting him by attaching the Christians. Paul was left blind and went into Damascus where Jesus had arranged for Ananias to heal him of his blindness. Paul then believed that Jesus was the messiah and from then on he preached the good word. Go to the bible and read the whole story.
