Prayer is considered a daily personal relationship with God and therefore Baha'is don't "go" to pray in any particular building at a specific time like other Abrahamic religions. For the most part, Baha'is pray to God in the privacy of their homes, as communal prayer (especially when led by someone) is forbidden. Prayer should be sincere and from the heart, which is seldom the case when in a group setting. There is a Baha'i Temple on each continent which is open to people of all religious beliefs as a place for contemplation, meditation, and/or prayer as the spirit is moved.
Most usually in their own homes, because we pray daily. There are devotional meetings where Bahais and anyone else who wants to join us pray, read scriptures, meditate and (with a bit of luck) sing together. These are usually in people's homes but there is sometimes a local Bahai centre. There are also a few specially dedicated Houses of Worship. There's an article on them in wikipedia:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bah%C3%A1%27%C3%AD_House_of_Worship

A Bahá'í believer can worship, or pray, anywhere - at home for example. However, there are usually designated places in each town or city, where Bahá'ís meet to pray, to consult, etc.
Islam and the Bahai faith require that their members pray facing Mecca (Islam) or Acre, Israel (Bahai), and Jews pray facing Jerusalem. A compass is a useful tool in establishing exactly where this is.
There are no clergy in the Baha'i Faith and no leaders of worship, as congregational prayer is forbidden. It is incumbent on every individual Baha'i to pray daily but it should be from the heart and not because someone else tells you what to pray. There are many, many prayers from which to choose in the Baha'i prayer books.

The Bahai Faith does not use any code in its scriptures, which everyone is encouraged to read for themselves. See the Bahai Reference Library for a good selection of Bahai scriptures, all for free. The Bahai community today also does not use codes, secret handshakes, etc..
