In The Bible, "demons" [or 'familiar spirits'] can sometimes appear as a "vision." Not materially... but to the eye... as someone we think we know [if one's mind is opened to it and fully set to do so - see I Sam.28:7- when Saul visits the woman with the familiar spirit at Endor].
Jesus also cast many an "unclean spirit" [demons; devils] out of people throughout His ministry.
This is sometimes referred to as "demon possession." And while these "unclean spirits" don't manifest themselves, physically... their "possession" of the person may be construed as "taking human form" since they have taken over the mind of the human in which they temporarily dwell.
It was in this manner which Satan may be said to have "taken human form":
"Then entered Satan INTO JUDAS surnamed Iscariot..." (Luke 22:3).
Some have also suggested [and perhaps not mistakenly so] that Satan has "entered into" many a central human figure of global leadership throughout history... like, Hitler and others... thus, having "taken human form" many times.
Satan is revealed to OWN the governmentst [kingdoms] of this world [see Matt.4:8-9 & Luke 4:5-7] -- and is very interested in the world leaders of the past and present for potential "possession" in manipulating the course of events on earth:
"...three unclean spirits... out of the mouth of the Dragon [Satan]... which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that Great Day of God Almighty... and he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon." (Rev.16:13-16)
The Bible doesn't reveal Satan or unclean spirits as manifesting themselves physically [except in a possible vision]... but as "taking over" the minds of humans. Thus rendering that human as devilish and subject to the will of the devil within them. Some, violently so... some more subtle.
"And he [Judas] went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray Him unto them." (Luke 22:4)
I don't say "the devil the devil don't take me devil."
Yes, in some religious beliefs and mythologies, angels are believed to have the ability to take on human form.
In Hindu mythology, Durga is commonly depicted as a goddess with multiple arms riding a lion. While she is primarily worshipped in this form, some stories mention instances where she takes on a human form to fulfill a specific purpose or interact with specific individuals.
The devil takes the form of a older man with a walking stick shaped like a snake. This is from the story Young Goodman Brown written by Nathaniel Hawthorne.

Yes. In Genesis 19:1 you can read about a case of angels in human form. Lot rose up to meet them, bowed to them, and they did eat. There are other instances where angels take on human form, this is just one.

The Jews do not believe that God can take a human form. Mashiach (the anointed) will be a descendant of David and entirely human.
Because in the scriptures it says "The Devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy" people get so far away from God that the Devil starts to take over their lifes, therefore people kill. I would tell you the scripture but I can't find it, sorry.
Other than a program of eradication which was put to a stop in 1941, humans could not be said to be Tasmanian Devil predators. The Tasmanian Devil does not have any natural predators. Only very brave, very hungry introduced species such as dogs and foxes might take on a Tasmanian Devil for a meal.
