It is not from The Bible but from the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius an important Stoic philosopher who wrote a book circulated under the title Meditations.

You will find rest from vain fancies if you perform every act in life as though it were your last.

There are a few scriptures that bring up the point you mention, in different ways.

The philosophy "Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we are to die" was taught by the 'Epicureans', denying the resurrection hope taught by Christians in their ministry.

Paul spent a good bit of time talking with them about Jesus (Acts 17:17, 18) and said, basically, if Jesus had NOT been raised from the dead, we might as well do as the Epicureans say, because there would be no future.(1 Corinthians 15:12-19 and :29-33) (. . .If the dead are not to be raised up, there is no hope, so 'live life to the fullest')

But Jesus WAS raised from the dead, providing a real hope and a real future for mankind. 1 Corinthians 15:20-22)
