it doesn't it is a human tradition.
It is not mentioned in the bible, but we can say they were baptized early in his mission.
The Bible verse says that being baptized is a symbol of cleansing and rebirth, signifying a commitment to following Jesus and living a life of faith.
This is hard to describe. The term baptize means to be submersed or totally surrounded. In the bible Jesus went down into the river to be baptized by John. It did not say he was submerged but it is implied. Jesus did say in the bible that you must be "born of water and of spirit." This is interpreted to mean to be born physically. of water, and of spirit, of the soul. Bless you on your journey.
"He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." --Mark 16:16.

In the Bible, Jesus instructs his followers to be baptized as a symbol of their faith and commitment to him. He himself was baptized by John the Baptist as an example for others to follow. Jesus emphasizes the importance of baptism as a public declaration of one's faith and a step towards spiritual renewal and forgiveness of sins.
