Prophet Solomon (Sulaiman), son of David (Dawud) was sent to the Jewish people (followers of the prophet Moses (Musa).

God says in Quran, Muslims holy book: (meaning English translation):

{... and Musa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allah in truth, but they (the Jews) disliked to obey Musa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism]. So see what was the end of the Mufsidun (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evil-doers, liars.). (14) And indeed We (Allah-God) gave knowledge to Dawud (David) and Sulaiman (Solomon), and they both said: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has preferred us above many of His believing slaves!" (15) And Sulaiman (Solomon) inherited (the knowledge of) Dawud (David). He said: "O mankind! We have been taught the language of birds, and on us have been bestowed all things. This, verily, is an evident grace (from Allah)} [Quran, chapter 27, verses 15-16]

Where is Solomon in The Bible?

Well a prophet is someone who God spoke to such as Moses, Gideon, David, and Elijah. And God spoke to Solomon so he is a prophet. A female prophet is a prophetess, Miriam the sister of Moses was the first prophetess. Deborah was also a prophetess. (Joshua is a prophet, if you put down 'WAS JOSHUA A PROPHET?' they will say no but Joshua is a prophet for God spoke to him. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph [the man with the colorful coat] are the four Patriarchs)

Who in the Bible besides Hezekiah was a King and a prophet since Hezekiah is considered a major prophet?

King Hezekiah was not a prophet. You're thinking of Ezekiel, who was a prophet but not a king. None of the Israelite kings was a prophet in the Jewish or Christian Tradition, despite God speaking to Solomon once in a dream. Only in the Islamic Tradition are Kings David and Solomon considered to be both kings and prophets.
