The Pythia.
Delphi was the Oracle of Apollo. It was there that mortals went to seek answers to their future. A young priestess sat on a tripod, inhaling fumes from the crevice that she sat by, and priests told the seeker what she had said. It was usually ambiguous, and the seeker had to figure out the meaning of it.

well... kinda, but i think you are getting mythology mixed up with history. Apollo had lots of oracles, at every temple there were priests who would scry though various means. sometimes they would look at the flights of birds, or at the bumps and lines in a sheep's liver. the most famous of Apollo's oracles was at Delphi. here the oracle, called a Pythian, was always a woman. the Pythian, sitting on a tripod brazier in a cave beneath the temple, would receive the god Apollo inside herself and speak prophecy. this prophecy would be written down by the attending priests and later written in a poem. the prophecies were always vague and shrouded in riddle, but it was a bad omen for a head of state to not consult the oracle before some major event.
The Paracleet Fathers is the community of priests who devoted themselves to rehabilitation of priests who are alcoholics.
Worship of Apollo, the ancient Greek god of music, prophecy, and healing, involved various rituals and practices, including offerings, sacrifices, and festivals. One of the most significant sites of worship was the Oracle of Delphi, where priests would interpret the god's prophecies. Festivals like the Pythian Games celebrated Apollo's victories and included musical and athletic competitions. Additionally, hymns and choral music were performed in his honor, reflecting his association with the arts.
None, Catholic priests are Christian priests.
