No one will go to Hell according to the original teachings of Jesus. While decades after the gospels were written, there were those who put the Greek word "Hades" on Jesus' lips but, clearly, he would never have promoted some place of punishment in the afterlife named after the Greek pagan god Hades.

To believe in Hell (Hades), one would have to reject everything Jesus taught, such as he teaching in Matthew Ch 5, in which he says we should turn the other cheek because God does not punish those who do evil, but returns only good for bad.

Another example is found in Luke 9:51-56, the story about his great disappointment with his disciples when they actually suggested imploring God to rain FIRE on a village just because they had rejected him. His response: "You don't know what spirit is inspiring this kind of talk!" Presumably, it was NOT the Holy Spirit. He went on, trying to explain how he had come to save, heal and relieve suffering, not be the CAUSE of it.

So it only stands to reason that this same Jesus, who was appalled at the very idea of burning a few people, for a few horrific minutes until they were dead, could never, ever burn BILLIONS of people for an ETERNITY!

What do you call eternal separation from God?

Since we are talking about God and eternity (as opposed to our lifespans, which are not eternal), we are talking about a religion of some kind. In some faiths that believe in a God, and in souls, and in our punishment or reward (or redemption) after our bodies die, the eternal separation of our souls (which are believed to be immortal) from the presence of God is considered the worst punishment in Hell. The underlying belief is that our souls naturally yearn for what is good and so they yearn to be in the presence of God. Whether the reader believes this or not is a matter of personal faith, and there is no justification here for insulting people who do, or do not, believe it.
