Who created The Bible?

The Bible was created in the time of Constantine due to the uprising in Rome from the Christians .Constantine's Rome was splitting and due to such agreed the Christianity was the only way to stop Rome from destroying itself.So he gathered the greatest preachers of the day ,gathered all the scriptures and him as well as the Council Of Nicea (which was Nicea in Bithynia present day Iznik in Turkey ) and selected the scriptures which all seemed to add up to the same conclusion that Jesus was nothing less than Son Of God and he was Gods messenger here on Earth.However Constantine himself did not believe this to be true as he was a life long Pagan ,but was supposedly Baptised on his death bed ,which many historians say was the only way that Rome could keep the power it had once had ,but instead of an army to in force it ,it was now a belief structure to control the masses .This was around 325 Anno Domini .In my opinion I think the day the Bible was made was also the day that the title Caeser ceased and the title The Pope took its place.Though many R.C will disagree with this ,I would also say that they do not have any proof to prove otherwise .
