THAT is the DEFINITION of sin.....acting in ways that offend God. All sins offend God.

To pass over or beyond; to surpass., Hence, to overpass, as any prescribed as the /imit of duty; to break or violate, as a law, civil or moral., To offend against; to vex., To offend against the law; to sin.
Sin is sometimes defined as actions (or inactions) that offend God. In general, procrastination would not be offensive. However, if it caused someone else extreme suffering (by delaying justice, for example), then it might be a sin. Ordinarily, procrastination would be a personal weakness as opposed to a sin.
