" And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch." This is as mention in the first answer. However as in the scriptures only some of Adam and Eve's children are mentioned because of the drama that was to eventuate. We cannot for certain say that Cain was the first to have a child. In Genesis Ch. v 3 it says Quote "And in process of time it came to pass," Unquote. We therefore have to ask how much time passed before the incident with Cain and Able, time enough for more unmentioned children?
