The words Yahweh, Jehovah, and any variation are Christian in origin and have never been used by Jews. (There is no 'J' or 'W' in the Hebrew language.)

The word 'Yahweh' came from Christian scholars attempting to give a pronunciation to the tetragrammaton (YHVH), the true name for God found in the Tanach (Jewish Bible). Their attempt fell short as they ignored Jewish teachings which was/is par for the course.
