I just met this man today as he did a presentation at our church for the mission God has called him too. This Pastor is both sincere and IN Gods service~

~ Pastor Paul shares that this vision was directly given to him to begin GFOM while on a short-term missionary trip to Guatemala in 1998. He had seen for himself the devastation and hardship of poor people, especially children in a third world country. Pastor Paul relates so often to that first missionary trip and how has heart was absolutely broken for the poor. He said he cried for weeks.

Global Family Outreach Ministry is dedicated to seeing tens of thousands, perhaps millions, of poor children and their families from all around the world give their hearts to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. This is done simply by helping practically through establishing Feeding Centers and then feeding the starving children in a community. The meal is a "way in" to the child's life and then to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

When children are being physically fed, they are put on a list to be sponsored by others who can financially support the poor children on a monthly basis -- the Sponsor-A-Child program. When the children are fed both physically and spiritually, they are well adjusted and the parents feel so blessed. That then is the opportunity to share also in the home of the poor child, the love and plan of salvation of the parents and entire family. In third world countries, when one family gives their heart to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, many times other children and their parents also come to Christ. This is one reason we call ourselves Global Family Outreach Ministry. ~
