Very likely. James was the brother of Jesus and they were good Jewish boys. It was not acceptable for them to remain single for too long after their teens so they probably married.
On the other hand, Jesus and his brothers were rather radical. Jesus was a member of the Essenes for some time before beginning his ministry and may not have been married because of that. That sect was set up to challenge the Jewish customs and laws which were practiced at the time.
