Who was Cain and Abel's wives?

This question purposefully has no answer, as The Bible states that God made only Adam and Eve, who then procreated, so any children would necessarily be the product of incest.

At the time of the Bible's authorship incest was outlawed, so this was simply left without explanation--though we must infer incest.

Regarding Cain, we are not told her name, merely that he had one.
