According to the scriptures, Satan was the main accuser (Job 1:6-11/Job 2:1-5), but Job's three 'false-friends', Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar, also unsympathetically accused him, saying that his problems were of his OWN making(Job 19:2)(Job 16:2+3).

Because of their prideful false accusations, God demanded that they make an offering to Job for THEIR sins (Job 42:7-9) and Job was to pray in behalf of these men (Job 42:10).
