Since the time of Abraham (about 2000 BCE), the Ancient Hebrews worshipped one universal God, the same one worshipped today by Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

Prior to Abraham, nothing is known about the Ancient tribe that Abraham came from, other than the fact that they worshipped idols. If there was a god of love, we don't know who it was.
