Yes, The Bible directly records that Jesus has brothers and the text clearly assumes Jesus had sisters. Although the Bible clearly teaches Mary was the virgin mother of Jesus (Matthew 1:23 - 25 "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel"--which means, "God with us." 24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25 But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus), later the Apostles record interactions with Jesus' extended family.

Mark 6:3-4 3 Isn't this the carpenter? Isn't this Mary's son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren't his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him. 4 Jesus said to them, "Only in his hometown, among his relatives and in his own house is a prophet without honor."

We have the names of his brothers (James becomes the leader in the Jerusalem church. Paul writes in Galatians 1:19 "I saw none of the other apostles-- only James, the Lord's brother.") Yet, we do not find an reference to His sisters' names.

Paul clearly believed Jesus was the Son of God, not merely some godly man (Philippians 2:6-8). Paul saw no discrepancy with Jesus being the virgin born Son of God and Mary having children with Joseph later on in life. Christ's own brother clearly did not see a discrepancy either as he led the Jerusalem church that preached and worshiped Jesus as the Christ. Jesus' sisters name was Salome

In a Spiritual sense, Christ also has brothers and sisters

Jesus said "My brothers and sisters are those who do the will of God."
