Jews believe in the oneness of God, but do not believe Jesus was the Messiah. In fact, Jews and Christians do not even share the the same definition of the world "messiah"

Christians believe that Jesus is the fulfillment of the Jewish prophecy of the messiah in the Torah (5 books of Moses) but Jews reject this idea because the only prophecy Jesus fulfills of the Torah is that he's Jewish. And Jesus attempts to forgive peoples sins,even though God already forgave people's sins through atonement long before the time of Jesus. (see Yom Kippur).

God is the God of all mankind. He does not make Himself the private property of any country or nation. No matter where the footprints of God are, He is the God of all mankind. For example, the Lord Jesus is not only the God of Israelites, but is also the God of all people in Asia, Europe, and America, and even more the only God in the entire universe.

Christianity is named for Jesus Christ, a Jew. All His Apostles and early disciples were mainly Jews. Many Jews converted to "The Way" as it was called in the 1st Century. But many more Jews remained within their religious teachings. A Jewish person may convert to Christianity and some have formed their own 'sect' within its scope called Messianic Jews.

Many Commentaries will discuss Isaiah 53 as a prophetic description of the coming Christ and the suffering and death He would take upon Himself for the sins of the world - saving His flock. Indeed, some of these same Commentaries will speak in many places of the God of the Old Testament as the 'Word,' and 'Melchizedek' - a Divine member of the 'Elohim' manifesting Himself as a human to interact with Adam & Eve, Abraham, Moses and others - prior to Him taking on the role of a man called Jesus the Christ.
