The book should have the answer one would assume.
because they have often been bullied themselves by their parents
# Bullies usually have problems at home and have fights with their parents. Their family may be devorced or having problems. # Bullies are usually people who have been bullied before. They want to take it out on the people that bullied them to see how they feel. # Bullies can just be born to bully. They may have a lot of anger built up inside of them and they just feel like taking it out on anyone they see.
Yes , because if the victims were not bullied they would have not committed suicide , Some thing has to be done NOW ! .

If you are a child and in school when you are bullied make sure to tell your parents and notify you teacher and principal. But, if you are an adult and are being bullied at work tell your boss that you are in danger working there and if it is your boss make sure to notify your public works office. If you are being bullied at any age it is a serious matter and please don't ignore it do something about it and never bully someone.
Tell someone like a teacher or your parents. Also it is a good idea to report any bullying and hold on to any and all threatening messages. If anything were to ever happen, that can be used as evidence against the bullies.
yes at work
Tell your parents.
If you are being cyber-bullied, remember that its best to just ignore the people doing it.Talk to your parents about it. Their support will prevent you from feeling insecure. If the cyberbullying continues, you can file a case against the bullies (if there are anti-cyberbullying laws in your country.)If not, then I would suggest you to deactivate your account and open a new one with a different username. That way you can hide your identity from bullies.
"Mom . . . dad . . . I need to talk to you about being bullied at school."
I do not understand this question. Where you refering to sarcasm, around friends, or around parents. Normally bullies are not nice.
When a person sees another person bullied and tells no one and simply walks away without mentioning a word to anyone they are just as guilty as the person doing the bullying. Bullying strikes fear into the weaker students who cannot defend themselves against a bully or bullies; it can cause the victim to be depressed; fear of going to school; physical illness and the rate of suicides from bullying is growing every day. In every school there is a mere handful of bullies who make life miserable for some students and many more students in a school who are not bullies and thus, some teens are actively trying to get their schools to agree to have a program where students are active in stopping bullying in their school and parents are getting involved as well.
