Why arent human or animal forms represented in Islamic designs?

basically human nor animal forms are represented in islamic designs because in the muslim faith they believe that animal and humans are our friends. Our nabours and our brothers. They only use images that perhaps look greater than themselves or a misunderstood image so that when they are in need this misterious abstract figure from the unknown can help them solve their problems.

This is required to avoid Muslims paying respect to these figures and by time requesting them as mediators for getting God forgiveness and blessings as observe currently in some other religions. This assures Muslims to avoid any possibility of having partners to God the one and only one God.
