Genesis 24 gives the whole account, but in summary form he sent his chief servant back to the 'old country' to find a wife from among his relatives. Evidently this servant was, like his master, a Godly man as he prayed for divine assistance which he received through the provision of Rebekah. In a sense, then, Abraham did not find a wife for Isaac but God did.
