For the same reason God created ALL races of humanity, as a brotherhood, to worship him, have children, cultivate the earth, and care for the needs of all creatures on it(Genesis 1:26-28; 2:7, 8, 15). His purpose has not changed (Isaiah 55:11)(Isaiah 45:18)

Adam, who was made from the earth(Genesis 2:7), had the potential for every human race in his genetics, as we can see from Acts 17:26-27. Here it tells us that God created, from ONE Man, EVERY NATION of men to dwell here on earth and at Acts 10:34+35 we learn that in EVERY NATION, the person who is faithful to God is acceptable to Him, no matter WHAT color they are.(Revelation 7:9-10)

Then Abraham was given a prophecy about The Messiah who would come through his family line, he was told that ALL nationswould have the potential to be blessed by this coming(Genesis 22:18) and Jesus died for ALL (Galatians 3:8, 14) that ANYONE exercising faith in him might have the hope of everlasting life. (John 13:35)

So black, brown, red, yellow, white, and anything in between...ALL our glorious earthtones...though imperfect, are equally beloved by God, if they humbly obey his commands(Romans 3:23)(Matthew 7:21-23)(Philippians 2:1-4) and obediently serve him as a united loving brotherhood (John 13:35), (Romans 15:7+11),(Matthew 28:19-20)(Matthew 23:8-12)(1 Corinthians 1:10)
