by giving peace to the world
One does not become the Dalai Lama. The Dalai Lama is the reincarnation of his predecessor, and he is discovered in the hills of Tibet through a series of tests. Don't worry if you don't understand, go to a bio in the Dalai Lama or if you want more information, go on Wikipedia!

Interestingly the Dalai Lama does not consider love a significant concern or advocate it's widespread application to the human condition. Instead he advocates compassion which is the "I'm the same as you" emotion rather than the "I am concerned with your condition and want to make your life better" which better defines love.
how do people want to change the world?
Change the world
I think he is a very insightful spiritual leader. His faith gives him the option to coexist, like we should. We should all have the freedom to believe what we want. It may all be different, but that doesn't mean that it's wrong. There's a lot that could be learned from him and his teachings, if you are just willing to step outside of your comfort zone, and look at life in a different perspective.
Change the world
We all want to love and be loved. Change the world
Well, honey, the Dalai Lama is like the Oprah of spirituality - he's got that wise grandpa vibe that just makes you want to sit at his feet and soak up all the good vibes. Plus, he's been through some serious stuff with China trying to rain on his parade, but he still keeps preaching peace and love like a boss. People just can't help but be inspired by a guy who's been through hell and still manages to keep smiling and spreading good karma.
