The scriptures say "By theor works shal thou know them". Christ only did good works. He condemned those who flaunted their authority. Those who claimed to know God but did not taech His words. There was something about Christ that in some way compelled men to have trust in His words. They had faith that what He taught was what should have been by the false priests.Christ was kind and gentle and forgave all who had sinned and ecouraged them to sin no more. He taught in a manner that the people could undertand. He taught that which the Priests had withheld from the people. I take it that by disciples you mean those who follow the teachings of Jesus and not the apostles?
