Sange meant he devil do not give your child this name if I were you if you don't want your child to be the devil
YES ! Devil Child! USH! :)
If the parents have the same last name, then that name should be given to the child as well. If the parents have different last names, then the child can be given a hyphenated version of both parents' names. In some states, your choices may be limited.
Parents pick their children's names because it is their child. Who else would pick it for them? Some parents take ideas from family, friends, colleges, ect., but they parents must raise the child and it is theirs, so they get to name it. Also, if it were up to someone else, the parents might not like the name chosen. Since the child is now part of their family, it is important that the parents like the name and are proud to be assoictaed with that child's name in their family.

In the US, parents who sign the birth certificate can name the child anything they like.
bruce wayne was threatened as a child when the man who killed his parents asked him if he had ever danced with the devil in the pale moon light and then walked away from the scene, and than the joker later asked batman if he had ever danced with the devil in the pale moon light.
their parents pick out a name for their child when they are born
I am a catholic and at a catholic Baptism the things are as follows: The priest will ask questions to the parents of the baby saying 'Do you promise to raise your child in the Catholic Faith?' 'Will you keep your child from the evil ways of the devil?', and to the rest of the people present at the Baptism 'will you help this couple as much as possible to fulfill these vows?'. Once this has been done the Priest asks the name of the child, and make the sign of the cross on the babies forehead saying: 'I know baptise you...........' and states the child's name. Note, I have used a baby as an example though someone of any age can be baptised, and if the person is of maturity the questions asked of the parents will be asked to the person themselves, eg. 'Will you keep yourself from the devil and his evil ways?'.
The powers are unique to the user, and are not inherited from one's parents. Big Mom has dozens of children, none of whom share her devil fruit powers, and many of whom have devil fruit powers of their own.
she got it from here parents of course her parents thought of it and named it to the newborn child.
