Diseases are part of the makeup of the "Four Horsemen" [the first four seals; Rev.6] of the Apocalypse... [false religions, wars, famines, pestilences, diseases...death]. All of these common everyday, ongoing, horrifying realities of life go hand-in-hand with "SIN!" They are the automatic result of "cause and effect" -- the committing of sin; breaking God's Commandments [I John 3:4].
Healing all the diseases in the world wasn't included in the commission of the first phase of Jesus' earthly ministry. It was to die at the hands of Satan-guided man... that His shed blood might open the door to Salvation for all the families of the earth, to redeem them from their wicked god.
For all diseases to be cured... all wars to end... all famines to cease... pestilences to disappear... for death, once and for all, to be defeated -- all sin must first be removed. And to do all that: Satan must be taken out of the way... and MANKIND's NATURE MUST BE CHANGED!
And Jesus is not commissioned to do that until He returns the second time with the Kingdom of God to rule the earth.
God's plan for mankind [to be born His Children into His Divine Immortal Family] to "develop Godly, Righteous character" through the Nourishing Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding of His Word... the Bread of Life, Jesus Christ -- is on a time schedule.
"...when the FULNESS OF TIME was come, God sent forth His Son... that we might receive the adoption of Sons." (Gal.4:4-5)
"...I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE: he that cometh to Me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst." (John 6:35)
The "birth process takes time"... the development of the embryo, the fetus, the entire gestation period through to parturition, the actual birth. All of the "physical phases of childbirth" that God created are reflected in the "spiritual birth process of the human spirit" into a Child of God.
"The [Holy] Spirit itself beareth witness WITH OUR SPIRIT, that WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD..." (Rom.8:16).
And the trials of this life -- its phony religions, its deadly wars, famines, diseases and death -- all go into the conditioning for character development as we are taught the ways of sin, evil and wickedness. That God's Children might learn the effects of their transgressions against their Creator; and against one another under the influence of the god of this world... and, by the Grace of God, learn to REJECT IT!
Righteous Godly character development "takes time." Childbirth takes time. It's a naturally perilous time of struggle for the mother and the child to reach parturition. And so is this sin-filled life a struggle for God's developing Children to overcome the perilous effects of sin through the Author of their Salvation, Jesus Christ.
Jesus didn't heal all the world's diseases [or remove the world's religions, its wars, death, etc]... because it was not yet time for Him to do so.
These things will all come at the conclusion of His plan. After the birth of His Children on the New Earth:
"...Behold, the Tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God." (Rev.20:3)
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." (verse 4)
All diseases shall eventually disappear from the earth -- in time. But when Jesus walked on the earth as a man the first time... that wasn't what He was here for. He will do that when He stands on earth the second time.
"...It is done... He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and HE SHALL BE MY SON." (verses 6-7)
