God is real. When you look around you what do you see? The trees the birds. Have you ever thought about how complicated we humans are? We can hold up to 100,000 thoughts in our brain. And if the sun was just a little closer to the earth we would burn up. if it was like one centimeter farther from the earth, than we would freeze. God had a son. Who came to earth. He died on the cross for you! His hands and feet were nailed in the wood of the cross, so all the bad things you do will be forgiven. He wants you to have a personal relationship with him. Worship him...Love him.. Follow him. You need to put all your trust in Jesus Christ.. We are lost and he can find you. he loves you more than anyone in your family. he is your father! The Bible tells about God's promises and love. Once you put your trust in Jesus as your savior, you will go to heaven someday.
The prior answer is not an answer, has no proof, or backign to itself, it's merely a statement of belief. If God is real, than the argument that we're too complicated also aplies for him, he would be too complicated to pop out of fairy dust, as well. Also, notice all those other planets in our solar system, that are examples of planets, that 'god' didn't make in the right place. The prior statement is ignorant, and goes under the premesis that the being who wrote could never possibly be wrong, and that everything they said is fact, for sure, no buts. That is never an opinion to have on religion. The Bible also tells you about Gods genocidal, homocidal, infanticidal, habits, as well as his habitas of telling men they can take woman as their wives (That's slavery, kidnapping, and rape, all in one). So, to answer your question, you may not believe in god because every religions god has done bad things, there is evidence contradicting every god, and perhaps god isn't real, and we are alone. If you wish to have a belief in god, I suggest you take bits and pieces of different religions, and apply them to your life. Perhaps apply Yesshua Ben Yosephs philosophy of turning the other cheek. Perhaps apply the morals of the Helenist stories. Perhaps we go to heaven, perhaps we don't, but think of it this way, if it turns out, we really don't have an afterlife, once you're gone, you won't be around to notice it, you won't remember.
Saul was drawing near to Damascus when suddenly a light from heaven shined around him.
Maybe the single man is so used to being around you, that he is always feeling passinonate about you!
Saul continued on to Damascus after his conversion.
I assume you mean "Heaven". A good friend of mine is a priest. Here's the way he answers the question: When you get to Heaven if you look around and decide that you don't like who else is there, there is always another place you can go!
As no one but Jesus has ascended into heaven, the answer is no. Obviously, the spiritual world can look around and see all.
Yes you can!!
The moon is moving (around the sun) IF the Earth's gravity suddenly stopped, the moon would continue to go around the sun. IF all gravity stopped, the moon would travel in a straight line in whatever direction it was going in at the time.
I have not been able to receive channel 189 on the Hallmark channel, I always watched 7th Heaven and Touched by an Angel. Now it is a paid channel for Gospel Music. Did they move the channels around?
God the father is without beginning and without end. He always has been and always will be our father in heaven. He organized our spirits so that we might come to earth and be born of earthly parents. It is He who we will return to if we prove ourselves worthy enough to do so. He is our father in heaven and we are His children. He receives news of everyone of His children via the Holy Spirit. There is not anything which He does not know about us.
"The Lathe of Heaven" by Ursula K. Le Guin has around 192 pages, depending on the edition.
