I'm going to guess due to the fact of our beliefs (I'm a Baptist). Jewish people have been on the ride of hate for a long time, especially by most Christians. So, I'm assuming because us Baptists' denominator for the Lord is Jesus, who the Jews see as a prophet (hence why they don't celebrate Christmas).
--Actually, what makes you think Baptists hate Jews? From my experiences, most Baptists believe Jews still retain favored status with God and show a knee-jerk support for Israel. I'd guess that Baptists support Israel at least as much as American Jews do, if not more.
If you think Baptists hate you because someone once said you need to accept Christ as Lord to go to Heaven, well...get over it. A Catholic would say you need to join the Catholic Church and be baptized, and an Eastern Orthodox would say the same thing for themselves. Buddhist vows assert that there is no salvation in anyone but the Buddha. Other religions claimed that you'd have to be reincarnated as a member of their religion before you could have a shot at permanent salvation. It's just what the person believes. If the person believed that eating blackberries will keep you from getting colon cancer, and told you to eat more blackberries, would you think he "hates you" just because you might not like blackberries? It's called freedom of speech. Deal with it.
Baptists are a specific Christian denomination. Messianic Jews can be adherents of any or no Christian denomination. Note that the consensus among most Jews is that Messianic Jews are actually to be considered as having relinquished Judaism. The primary difference between Baptists and Messianic Jews is that Baptists observe traditional Christian holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and Pentecost whereas Messianic Jews observe Jewish holidays such as Shabbat, Passover, and Rosh Hashanah, but they do so with a bent towards Christian interpretations of those holidays.

What does this mean ? That everyone else gets a pass for their hatred but Jews alone must answer for theirs ? Does that mean that the one who said "Love one another as I have loved you" was only speaking from his Jewish roots, but once he made the jump, he was free to leave all that behind and to enjoy hatred without guilt ?
Jews
