Some churches have 2 steeples when there are different denominations using the same building. This is so each denomination can enter through a specific side of the church and essentially makes it 2 different churches.
They aren't. City codes dictate which buildings can have steeples and how high they can be, but it is against the constitution to allow one religious denomination to have a steeple and not another, the city can only restrict the height of the steeple. A majority of Christian churches have steeples or towers of some form or another, regardless of their denomination. If a church isn't allowed to have a steeple, it has to do with the city codes, the zoning, and the height of the steeple, not what denomination they are. Check out the "Related Links" to see churches of various religious denominations that have steeples.
I think that there is just 1 in Quebec surprisingly. I am doing a research project on the churches in Quebec and I havge only found 1 Catolic church. Sory if this is not helpful. :P Although there are not as many churches in Québec City as in Rome, the city of the "300 steeples" or Montréal the city of the "100 clochers", there are a great many Catholic churches in Québec's capital city.

Depends on the denomination. Some churches run multiple services on a Sunday; others will have only one. Most churches will have a Sunday morning service, starting between 10-11am. Some churches will have an early service at breakfast time (8am), and others will have a second service in the evening - frequently with a more study-oriented structure. Most Christians would attend one service as a matter of course, with a second for a specific purpose when required.
